When we opened the shop we thought we would have a modest selection of cheese and salumi from local artisans as well as those infamous favorites from abroad. Never did we believe we’d have grown to almost 85 cheeses and almost 30 different cured meats. We take pride in having specifically chosen each and every item with thought and care. No, we don’t have everything, but what we do have we stand behind 100%. With the careful choosing of our Cheesemonger, Lisa Collins, the cheese and salumi change and evolve with the seasons or upon introduction of something new and wonderful.
